How it works

1. Data ingestion & cleaning

Official data from the National Civil Registry is processed through a Medallion architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold), cleaning and normalizing records from each polling station nationwide.

2. Territorial aggregation

Results are aggregated at national, departmental, and municipal levels, calculating vote totals, percentages, and winners by territory. Strongholds and competitive zones are identified.

3. Interactive visualization

The dashboard presents data through interactive charts and maps, enabling exploration of results by candidate, territory comparison, and analysis of geographic voting patterns.

  • First round data: the dashboard reflects first-round electoral results.
  • Manual updates: data is updated manually when the Civil Registry publishes new official results.
  • Source accuracy: precision depends on data published by official sources.
